Music Friyay: Orville Peck, Marble House, Los Retros

Here’s some music, new and old, you should listen to and check out:

Orville Peck - Pony

I finally listened to Peck’s 2019 (and debut) album. The mysterious musician (who performs only with their face obscured) has created a gorgeous country, shoegaze vibe. Definitely worth diving into.

Marble House - “Heartbeat”
The band, based in New York City, released a new song in 2019. It’s a sweeping rock anthem that brings back the feel of the best 00s alternative rock songs, with strong guitar riffs and solid vocals.

Los Retros - Retrospect

The 2019 EP is a funk rock dream. It all feels nostalgia, which fits the EP’s name.
